Have you looked into shungite? I don't know a lot about it but read a Russian study a long time ago about using it. Powdered, in paint, then painted on all walls and ceilings. Apparently it blocked EVERYTHING!

Roman is such a great resource. I used to put up Mylar emergency blankets on my windows, the apartment complex got an energy conservation grant and switched lights to led , nobody could sleep with the glaring parking lot lights. . I was being “ targeted “ at the time and it would have hundreds of tiny holes in the material in a matter of days.
